And IF there is an open seat, which there may or may not be, sign me up 
as a cheerleader to encourage long-time environmentalist and school 
activist Frank Hornstein to step into elected public service.  His long 
term committment to metropolitian stability issues -- first as the 
founder of the Alliance for Metropolitian Stability and now as the most 
community-engaged Metropolitan Council Member of all times -- would make 
him an excellent way to continue Myron's legacy and leadership.
