I just joined this forum yesterday ( yep,Doug Grow) and I'm curious if
there is a precise definition as to what's supposed to go on here. Does just
any old bleat or rant with some connection to city affairs qualify or are
there some guidelines?
Has there been a concious effort to get certain voices involved or is
everything open to whomever signs on? Both? Should there be an effort to gain
certain voices and if so, how is it established which ones and who should try
and fetch them?
Okay, I'm kind of going all over the place here so if anyone can give me
a fairly concise concept of what the forum is I'd appreciate it.
