We are coming upon our moments of truth as a Commission as the calendar
pages flip by. Tonight there is a meeting at 6:00 in the city council
chamber, snow or no snow. Here is a portion of the public notice: 

The Redistricting Commission would like to invite members of the ethnic
and minority communities to attend this special meeting on diversity
issues to ensure fair representation for all. Those who wish to speak at
this special meeting should contact Dani Connors-Smith at 612-673-3857
to be on the speakers list. Comments and views can also be e-mailed
([EMAIL PROTECTED]) or faxed to 612-673-3399.
