Zack asks about water bills. My bill here in Saint Paul is $14 a month (monthly pay plan) for water and sewer. I don't water my lawn, so that keeps the cost down some.
I don't have the billing charges here, but you can probably get some idea of rates by visiting the city of Saint Paul's web site (www.stpaul.gov) and looking for the water utility. There are separate charges for sewer between the city and met council.
