This may be true, however, I am deeply concerned for the continued safety
of my wife, so I am concerned about HER having eyes on the back of her
head. Everytime that she is late coming home, I run through whole
scenarios of what might have happened. I wish I lived in a society in
which I did not have to be concerned for the safety of my beloved wife.

With that in mind, I think it would be wise to notify area businesses that
a Level III sex offender will be moving into the neighborhood, because
employees of those businesses are at risk also.

Who is responsible for sending notification? Is there any legal obstacles
to notifying businesses? Could the neighborhood association, upon their
being notified, take it upon themselves to notify area businesses?
