The maps are a little spare for me to fully make out, but it looks like Minneapolis keeps its separate Congressional district (picking up more inner-ring north, west, and southern burbs). Safe for Sabo and the DFL, I'd say at first glance.
On the state front, it looks like the city's split district is Senate District 63, which is mostly Bloomington and Richfield, with a triangle of southwest Minneapolis extending upward betweeen 35W and the Western border toward Lake Harriet (I think it's Lake Harriet). House district 63A looks roughly split between western Richfield and that same S. Minneapolis triangle. I'll leave better analysis to those with the ability to do the GIS thing at their computers. David Brauer Kingfield - Ward 10 House district 60B or 63A, or even 62B, I'm not sure right now _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
