So, the City seems to be en route to recommend contribution of up to $10

million toward the building of a new professional baseball stadium, with

the County also part of the plan.

Well, I have a $10 million question:

Where's the $10 million for ...

[TB] Greg's question is an example why so many people are cynical about
those in government and the political process in general. When one
group gets funding for anything (and everything that is funded is
legitimate in someone's eyes) every other group comes out and asks for
theirs.

We know where the proposed funding for the stadium comes from. We know
it includes a tax increase for at least some of the people for some of
the cost.

When, in this instance Greg, and everyone else who has a project comes
forward many of us would like to hear how they propose paying for it.
Do they want to pay for it by increasing taxes or cutting someone else's
funding. If they want to cut someone else's funding, please tell us
whose funding you want to cut.

Some of the plans are good, but none of them are free. Your funding
source is just as important as your plan to spend the money.
