That concludes my current interest in sharing in such detail. There are other plans and we will be mentioning the possibility of posting draft plans on the City's website at our Commission meeting Tuesday, April 2, at 6:00 pm in Rm. 220 City Hall but the main event will be our attempt to craft a single draft plan that benefits from our various experiences and negotiations en route to this decisive event. That draft plan will be sent on for publication in Finance and Commerce (and maybe on the City's website?) and we'll have our final public hearing on April 11 at 6:00 in the City Council chamber at which time the public - that's you, folks - are invited to comment on our collective handiwork.
