[RJ] There has been a special, shall we say, relationship between the MCDA and the WB Community Development Corp. for a good twenty years. The odds are good that the WB Community Housing Corp. is a recent spawn of the same cast of characters who dominate the WBCDC. We thought that the elections last Fall had a positive effect on that relationship.
