MCDA of land on which the WBCHC has a 100-year lease. Riverside Homes is on
this land. A Planned Use Development is underway on the property. The MCDA
seems to have suggested the sale to the WBCHC (a company of the WBCDC) rather
than being bogged down in the administrative tasks of creating easements to
access properties near the interior of this land.

Now that the horse is already out of the barn and split the bit, and the
City has given away property held in the public trust, with no cash return. I
wonder if some of this land giveaway could have been Land Trusted, to at
least preserve the public interest in affordability for future residents,
etc. Cara Letofsky, can you weigh in here?
