Answering Timothy's question:
In fact, ROAR did check on whether any permits or permission were needed
to to do this. MAC officials knew it was going to happen, and were
present while the pajama clad protesters demonstrated in a civil,
amusing and non confrontational manner.
It's all part of:
I. Planning ahead II. Making a clear, concise point and III. Broadening
your base of supporters.
