The city has posted the Redistricting Map, plus some stats on each of
the proposed wards:

(I'm pasting the shorter link so it doesn't break - the stats and map
can be found by clicking the first "bullet point" link on the right-hand
side of the page.)

The wards deviate in population from +2.47 percent to -3.62 percent -
well within the +/- 5 percent standard. Though smaller is better, there
may be room to iron out small inconsistencies.

Also, one ward is 82% minority (Ward 5), three others are in the 50s
(Wards 6, 8 and 9) and two are in the 40s (Wards 3 & 4). That makes six
minority-opportunity wards, as the Strib accurately reported!
