I wrote an article (published last week) for the Southeast Angle about the Stone Arch proposal (sorry, no online addition). Why didn't Neal St. Anthony quote anyone from MHNA? Why does Minn think the neighborhood is anti-affordable housing? Where's the proof? property values in Marcy-Holmes are rising at rates near the top of any "first-ring" neighborhood. With Near-Northeast exploding with high-end development, values in Marcy-Holmes will only continue to rise. Should be interesting to watch.
