Mr. Donaldson failed to point out in his article and his post that Marcy Holmes submitted a letter to Planning Commission indicating they would support Stone Arch if it had owner occupied units. Ipso facto...what was okay for "ownership" suddenly becomes "unsafe and uninhabitable" when affordable housing is proposed. There's your proof.
