I just "don't get it". In the following:

Subject: [Mpls] Rules reminder"

David Brauer states:

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"We've had a spate of unsigned posts recently...just a reminder for
infrequent posters, and a heads-up for newcomers - please sign all posts
with your real first and last name, and neighborhood (or city or
organization if not in Minneapolis).
David Brauer
List manager
(Who signs with King Field when posting as a member)"
But, later in that issue of Minneapolis Digest
we had a (good) posting by a WizardMarks.
Was that a misprint?  Should the signing have
read Wizard Marks?
Despite reminders and warnings about decorum
from the list manager, there recently was a
defamatory comment ("but it would appear that
he would rather pander to some of his
constituents") about an elected public servant
from a contributor who apparently lacked
sufficient background information about the
subject of discussion.
This unjustified incident was never, to my
knowledge, cited in a decorum reminder.
