As much as I try to see all and know all, there are things I miss. But
our rules - which members are asked to read when they join - ask that if
you see something you think violates our rules, please contact me
directly.

>From http://www.e-democracy.org/mpls:

3. Complaints about a list member's behavior should be directed to the
list member and the list owner: [EMAIL PROTECTED] These
complaints should not be posted to the list.

The intent of this guideline is to keep the list from becoming about the
list, rather than city issues.

This is a good faith, volunteer effort, folks. I miss a few things, but
I think as most member can attest, I try to respond quickly to any
complaints, large and small.

Sincerely,
David Brauer
List manager
