Could someone explain the format for the public hearing on April 11 before the Redistricting Commission?
1. How much time do speakers have? 2. How late in the evening is the public hearing scheduled to go? 3. What is the Commission's role and obligation in listening to us? 4. Do you accept redistricting maps in crayon and/or on a napkin? Seriously, if someone could answer just two or three of these questions I'd be happy.
