I am replying to myself because I did the sensible next thing and called 
down to the Elections office to find out some information.  Speakers 
will be allowed 2-3 minutes each and the hearing will "go until it is 
over."  So, expect a long night, from what I am hearing about 
attendance.  No one yet has answered my question about how the public 
input is regarded.

I understand that there is a "corrected" NAACP plan available now. 
Anyone have it?
