Ward 10 is another one to watch - we just lost a chunk of the south part 
which is less green but gained a bunch to the west which may (I only glanced 
at it last night) include part of uptown. We keep the progressive wedge. 

If elections are coming in another year, the Green Party should look 
seriously at this ward.
