This is happening to others in Phillips as well. Low-budget operations like the Free Store and Sisters Camelot are being squeezed out because real estate in the neighborhood has become too valuable. Ditto for the Peace House, even though they own their building. These orgs offer valuable services to the community and the community will suffer if these orgs cannot be relocated near their client base. Do list members know of other organizations losing their space or otherwise having trouble finding homes in formerly affordable communities?
