A fairly well-connected source of mine at the legislature sez: Bloomington DFL Sen. Dave Johnson has sent letters to his constituents stating that while he hasn't decided if he is running for re-election yet, if he does run, it won't be against Mpls's own Jane Ranum in Sen. Dist 63.
