Well there it is: Insanity in print and statue.  You'll notice that
I said that, "The burden of educating children SHOULD NOT be placed
on parents..."  Seems to me that since the state of Minnesota has
proclaimed that a single, possibly illiterate, parent making $12,000 a year
has the primary responsible for their children's education, and since the
schools available to such parents are often incapable of teaching such
knowledge and skills, that the state should then provide vouchers so that
parents can fulfill their responsibility under the law (or they should
revoke this idiotic section of the law).
