The current issue of SOUTHWEST JOURNAL has an excellent article regarding the upzoning and downzoning of Minneapolis lots. The article is basically an interview with CM Dan Niziolek who has some excellent ideas regarding how new city zoning codes could do a better job of presenting a superior mixed-use matrix over the city.
