List, I work a lot on campaigns. I am not a hack -- I pick and choose based on who I believe in. Sometimes it is incredible tiring (especially days before a convention) and then along comes something fantastic that makes me feel like it is worth it!
This is a fantastic article about the city, our goals and our vision. Even if you don't agree with everything Dan says -- we should all feel thankful that there are council members like him working for our city. I feel lucky, I feel Ward 10 is lucky. Thank you for drawing our attention to it Bill! Joseph Barisonzi Lyndale, Ward 10 and hoping to stay there. Downzoning The current issue of SOUTHWEST JOURNAL has an excellent article regarding the upzoning and downzoning of Minneapolis lots. The article is basically an interview with CM Dan Niziolek who has some excellent ideas regarding how new city zoning codes could do a better job of presenting a superior mixed-use matrix over the city.
