A Krispy Kreme in Minneapolis?
Krispy Kreme is in the process of proposing a store along Industrial Boulevard (near 35W) in NE Minneapolis (recently approved plans for a new Wendy's and Super America could be part of this site). The Minneapolis Planning Department has met with representatives of Krispy Kreme on a number of occasions over the last couple of months. They do not have a timeline for formally submitting an application. The project will likely include a conditional use permit for the use, a conditional use permit for extended hours and site plan review.
