I doubt it, even if you could do it, but I sure wish the license plates would get published in the newspaper. My kids are waaayyy past that point, and I was lucky never to have a worry in that direction, BUT, had I ever seen the family car tags published in the paper as "seen stopping on Franklin at 11PM on Friday (date)" there would have been a reaction in our house. I wish they'd offer the same service to families of soliciting johns. As a matter of fact, I wish they'd publish names and pictures of people convicted of soliciting. Remember that "small-town" mentality I have. Knowing that everyone will know what you did and when with whom keeps lots of people in line.
