[TB] We need to have everything on the table. We need to think way outside the box. Its clear that in many cases what we have now doesn't work. It's irresponsible to just flat out not consider any possible solutions. I think we may be trying to get out of different boxes. I’d like to stay out of the “If It’s A Sweeping Change, It Must Be Good” box. I do think expending energy on this purely administrative idea -- splitting up the school district -- is likely to get us purely administrative results. I prefer more direct approaches.
