Leaving the Wedge the other day, I stopped at a card table set up, it had a sign taped to it. "Peace". They were handing out info about a resolution to establish a Department of Peace. It is H.R. 2459 if anyone is interested. Apparently it wasn't very popular after S-11. Continuing on I went down the mall and heard an Elvis impersonator, and yes, Nicollet Bus free has a been a blessing. So quiet!
