There will be an opportunity to register bicycles at Friday's Critical Mass
(leaves from Loring Park @5:30 the last Friday of each month)- my deputy
registrar packet just came in from the Department of Public Safety. Ah, the
power.

$9 goes to the state; $1 goes to support the Sibley Bike Depot, a non-profit
volunteer run bicycle resource center in Downtown St. Paul
(www.BikePed.org).

As past Critical Mass riders know, the police occasionally confiscate
unregistered bikes. $10 is far cheaper than a new bike (even the bargain
used bikes at the Sibley Depot).

If you need a license, hunt me up (I'll be riding a green Cannondale with
front/rear touring racks) and I will be happy to bring you into legal
compliance.

Cheers,

Andrew Koebrick
