I think it is great that the Mayor and his staff are exploring ideas like moving more freight operations to St. Cloud. I think it is beneficial for economic development in central Minnesota as well as a way to increase the acceptability of MSP for continued passenger service.
This is the "thinking outside of the box" that increased the attractiveness of RT as a candidate. Way to go.
