I agree that Robert's constituent service could be better, but I do think it is beginning to improve.
Robert has been incredibly busy with his council duties, so as with all council members, the consituent service responsibilities fall heavily on the aide, in this case Andrea. The eighth ward is a difficult ward to manage, so maybe Robert needs to investigate the possibility of additional help for Andrea - I know they did just get an intern, that's a start, but maybe we need more. I'm not giving up on Robert Lilligren just for slow constituent service - his positions on important issues such as affordable housing, Lake Street development, freeway access, etc are way more valuable in the long run than the highly desirable returned call. I do hope they improve constituent service, though - I've always believed that Vernon Wetternach's amazing constituent service abilities were a primary contributor to Sharon Sayles Belton's popularity in the ward.
