Maybe the alderman/councilmembers from those wards have been promising
the moon for too many years. " I can't get it done if you don't call"
"Call me, I promise something will get done", Etc Etc.
What they ought to do is make a FEW simple promises, then deliver on
them. Promising to save the neighborhood and the Brazilian rainforest at
once is un-realistic and a big let down for the law abiding and the trees.
