If the manager or staff of the offending cafe is unresponsive, or you're just uncomfortable with bringing up the issue, you can reach the Environmental Services - Food Safety Inspector for that establishment by calling 673-5885. The Inspectors have working relationships with every restaurant in the City, and are very responsive to citizen complaints.
