To be fair someone I talked to in the MPS said that they *thought* that there was some type of program, but didn't know where I could get information about it. I propose that we change these rules. We have shortages of teachers in math, sciences, and vocational specialites. I suggest that we set up a fast-track licensing program for professionals willing to teach in the public schools.
