Again,

THis leads me to question what are Lucky's motives for running? It is obvious
that he was endorsed for the Senate, last election he ran for City Council,
and now he is running for School Board. As I stated to Matthea privately, I
applaud Lucky's courage, but courage doesn't make one a good candidate nor does
it explain ones motives. As it stands, if I were required to vote between two
candidates for school board, say Michael Atherton and Lucky Rosenbloom, I would
vote for Michael. Can anyone appreciate the irony there? Why would I vote for
Michael in this completely hypothetical situation? I would vote for Michael
because I know that Michael cares, in his own special way, about the education
of some young people (although I do not agree with any of his strategies for
addressing the needs of young people). Lucky, however, seems to be attempting
to carve out either personal political space/power for himself or political
space for Black Republicans.

Thank God I don't have to vote for either of them.
