I really wish someone would explain to me how it would
be advantageous to expand Lowry from Central to the
River when there are no plans to widen the BNSF
viaduct. Widening the street to accommodate greater
traffic flow, but then keeping the underpass as a two
lane makes absolutely no sense and can only create
traffic jams on either side.
You should probably cc this email to Joe Biernat's
office as well as CM Ostrow's. I'll let the Concerned
Citizens of Marshall Terrace Board know about your
meeting.
