Can anyone tell me WHO are the 10 council members that support this? And were the other 3 asked, and declined to support this, or have they just not been contacted yet? (If they are opposing this, it would have seemed appropriate to have included something of their viewpoint in the story.)
Tim and others, The 10 council authors of the resolution are: Ostrow, Zerby, Biernat, Johnson, Goodman, Schiff, Niziolek, Benson, Colvin Roy and Lane. My understanding is that Robert Lilligren and Natalie Johnson Lee have not been fully briefed yet (Lilligren is out of town).
