I guess the city council opted out of including
fireworks enforcement in business licenses at this
time. Licensing and CCP/SAFE are gathering data to
determine how widespread the problem of sales to
minors is before further action is taken on the issue.

So, for right now, there is no way to go after a store
that sells fireworks to children under 18 through
licensing.

However, she referred me to the city attorneys office.
I wrote a letter and filed an official complaint.
Don't know where this will get me, but, am willing to
try. I will keep the list posted on my progress.
