As to the comment about "circumventing the process",
well, that is a great definition for the Access
Project! Please see Dave Harstad's post on the
Minneapolis Issues list regarding the way the Access
Project circumvents our elected officials. Are people
aware that funding for the Access Project is requested
by local CEO's directly from MNDOT so it won't go
through normal procedures where our ELECTED STATE
LEGISLATORS will have access to it? Talk about
circumventing the process!!! And, for the record,
ENUFF isn't about circumventing processes, it's about
making sure communications happen and information is
shared so people CAN be a part of the decision making
process; making sure that whatever is done is the best
thing not only for suburban commuters and local
corporations, but also for residents, and not just the
ones living along Park Avenue or Second Avenue.

Keith Says; Hey South Mpls Guy. Sign me up immediately to your ENUFF
initiative. You got me , babe. I believe you. Your right. Thanx for helping
us commoners gather some heft to wade through the ' stuff ' and get to the
other side. I am vested, I own property in Whittier and Phillips and
citizenship of Mpls. Will you help us sort out West Broadway gobbledeegoof ?
