  As to the comment about "circumventing the process",
  well, that is a great definition for the Access
  Project!  Please see Dave Harstad's post on the
  Minneapolis Issues list regarding the way the Access
  Project circumvents our elected officials.  Are people
  aware that funding for the Access Project is requested
  by local CEO's directly from MNDOT so it won't go
  through normal procedures where our ELECTED STATE
  LEGISLATORS will have access to it?  Talk about
  circumventing the process!!!  And, for the record,
  ENUFF isn't about circumventing processes, it's about
  making sure communications happen and information is
  shared so people CAN be a part of the decision making
  process; making sure that whatever is done is the best
  thing not only for suburban commuters and local
  corporations, but also for residents, and not just the
  ones living along Park Avenue or Second Avenue.
