I think there should be an election again in 93 because I think it is
unfair to the constituents of wards -- such as the 8th ward, to have a lame
duck council member for 3 years.  

However I agree that Biernat should do the honorable thing and resign -
just because if he gets off legally, it will be by a technicality.  

I think these two issues are separate ones.
