Eve White from the Property Rights Action group told me that she talked with Joe Horan of NRP yesterday. She had called him to get more information about the CNIA audits - specifically to find out about the 67 missing checks. Joe Horan called her back, and said that he sent all this CNIA information to the State Auditor -- and that it would take about 6 weeks for them to process and complete the 2001 audit. If the audit doesn't look good this year, it's up to Bob Miller to decide what to from there.
