The following is forwarded on behalf of Block E's developer, Dan McCaffrey.
It's in response to a post I made this morning under my own name, not as
list manager. - David Brauer (forwarding this as list manager)

I was provided a copy of the email that was distributed this morning
regarding Linda Mack's article. " . . . Block E was reconfigured to lose
many of its public improvements."

Any reconfiguration of Block E was done to improve its public function.
Only one item MAY be suggested otherwise and that is the elimination of the
escalators on 1st Avenue . . . which was directed by the State and supported
by the City. " . . . the city's development system failings allowed Block
E's foibles to get through." Rather, the failed development system is
putting millions of dollars of taxpayer money at risk by opening the door to
uninformed news sources having a field day with ridiculous
negatively-oriented comments.

There are no 'foibles' that have been allowed to slip through or perhaps you
could list those known to the Skyway News ...
