But in this case, since you have the power of the press at your disposal, I
am not going to let you use it to spread lies.

Here are the facts:

None of my companies have had ANY financial interest in Riverside Plaza
since 1982.

My first exposure to the dirty dealings between the MCDA and Riverside Plaza
was in 1994.  Our trespass lawsuit was filed in early 1995.  We won it the
first time in April of 1997 and the second time in April of 1999.  We won
recovery of our legal fees in May of 2002.

I had minor involvement in the lawsuit until my husband died in January of
1998.

I have nothing to gain or lose by exposing fraud.  I have sold most of my
property in Minneapolis and am trying to get rid of the rest of it.

I never make statements that I can't prove.  If I can't prove something, I
pose questions.

I'll wait for your apology.
