Contrary to many
statements made on the issue, the planned Park Board headquarters will be
revenue neutral.
This is very interesting, because one of the things that changed John Erwin's mind so he voted no is that the Board had received additional figures which indicated that it would NOT BE REVENUE NEUTRAL.
Did Mr. Rice see another set of figures? If so, why didn't Mr. Erwin see them?
