From what I hear, the more likely court case will be the wrongful death
lawsuit by Melissa Schmidt's parents against the estate of her killer.
And just from what I've seen reported about this incident, and
discussions with a few lawyer friends, it seems they have a pretty good
chance of winning this lawsuit. So they may end up owning that house in
Roseville that has been mentioned on this list!
