Yup. Roche issued a challenge to Dibble's endorsement
with the State DFL Constitution and Bylaws Commission
(on which I am an alternate) and after a two hour long
hearing it was determined that he didn't have a leg to
stand on. Progressive Minnesota has made every effort
to change its tax status and filed a new charter with
the Secretary of State's office. Every piece of
evidence that Roche came up with was either outdated
or was easily explained by PM's Exec Director. (By
the by, the SOS office has no jurisdiction with regard
to the endorsement of a political party).

Roche does like to spend money, though. He came to the
hearing with an attorney, who had evidently put in
several hours on his case, and a full PowerPoint
presentation. Now he's spending like mad on wasteful
TV ads in order to win this seat. Maybe that's how
they do things in Massachusetts, but I doubt it'll
count for much here.
