Another thing adding to traffic problems. People who drive down the bike lane on Hennepin IN CARS!
Actually, this is s a problem but it's not the one that's almost gotten me killed on Hennepin. The times I've nearly been creamed (twice - well, once was close) is when a car pulls into the bike lanes to pass a bus. That is, the moron in question was illegally driving in the bus lane and since the busses that belonged there were too slow he pulled illegally into the bike lanes to pass them. I wouldn't say it happens a lot, but it's not uncommon. I don't doubt that they occasionally get ticketed, but I've never seen it happen.
