OK, one last try.  I'm going to change the
charter for Minneapolis Civic Discussions: 
Unlimited posts, unmoderated, no residence
requirement.  I do request that place of
RESIDENCE be stated in a signature.  Neighborhood
is nice but not required, city will do. And the
other thing is not a rule but a hope that the
bulk of discussion will be about Minneapolis to
justify the title of MINNEAPOLIS civic
discussions. However, I think I'll say that
issues that have a lot of impact on Minneapolis,
such as state taxes and Highway 62 widening are
very legitimate discussion topics.

This is a significantly different set of
parameters from anything I see out there.  If
people don't subscribe, I'll bow to the
marketplace (yes even leftos do it) and kill the
group.
