I'm writing the list on behalf of a friend. He'd like to contact someone at MPHA. My friend is writing a letter to advocate for his mentally ill cousin who's housing application has been denied several times, apparently due to a criminal record over twenty years ago. He's not sure to whom the letter should be addressed. Does anyone have some advice? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
