For those who do care: Mpls school children are not competing with their counterparts in Inver Grove Heights. They are competing with one billion well-educated, self-disciplined, entrepreneurial children in China, India, Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea. Our schools had better fix their deficiencies NOW, or start teaching janitorial skills.
